Five local artists: Christine Harrison, Beth Hope, Bruce Vincent, Connie Vincent and Dennis Worrel conceived the idea of a short exhibit that would fill one of the open spaces in downtown Tillamook. With the encouraging grant from the Tillamook County Cultural Coalition, the group began organizing the first Pop-Up art show for the Summer 2015. It was very successful and lead to other events throughout 2016.
Now we are a non-profit 501(c)(3), artist-based organization promoting the arts on the Tillamook Coast. Our board consists of Sierra Lauder (Secretary), Dennis Worrel (Treasurer), Cindy Gardner (Chair) and Christine Harrison.
We support contemporary artists with exhibitions, performances, and education programs for youth and adults.
We have many friends and fellow artists who are making this possible by donating money, work, ideas and help along the way. It really takes all kinds of help to make it possible.
